Antofagasta (Chile), Nov 23 (ANI): A professional dog groomer managed to clean up two puppies found at a tar well in Antofagasta, Chile. Owner of Grooming Spa Anastasia received a call from the municipal kennel about three dogs between five and seven months old soaked in tar.
