Meet UK’s most glamorous pooches that have a weekly 10-hour grooming regime to maintain their gorgeous floor-length locks.
Once a week, grandparents Sue Robjant, 67, and Phil Robjant, 68, dedicate eight hours to bathing, blow-drying and brushing the thick tresses of their four Afghan Hounds.
As well as their weekly pamper sessions, Coco, seven, Libby-Lou, seven, Rosie, five, and Ronnie, four months, have their luscious coats brushed daily - taking a further two hours a week of their owners’ time.
Dog lovers Phil and Sue, a retired underwriter, are so dedicated to their pets’ beauty regime that they spent around £600 on a specialised blow dryer and built-in grooming table and buy £112 dog shampoo and conditioner.
