Dogs in recent neglect case receive much needed grooming

More than 30 Afghan breed dogs received some much needed attention from groomers with Angel Paws groomers. The dogs are at the San Bernardino County Animal Shelter in Devore as part of an ongoing investigation following their removal from a home in Phelan.
