whats up guys, today is my day off so i am chillin. still getting in all of my proper nutrition and staying on my good diet, but you have to let those muscles recover and rest in order for them to grow! So i am running around chasing my dog, playing fetch, jumping, squatting, just to get some active recovery. Recovery is better when there is more blood flow and nutrients being delivered to the muscles. So check it out everyone and please like and SUBSCRIBE if you haven't already.
