Feeding dog raw meat (first time) - German Shepherd eats raw meat

Ina is 1 and a half years old now and she's still really skinny, even though she eats a LOT. I have been hearing quite a bit about the benefits of feeding German shepherds raw meat. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but she seems to be thriving on it! Her coat is more shiny and she's generally more bouncy. She still eats commercial dog food, I'm not sure about feeding her raw food exclusively yet.
