The "One Ways" in Norwalk CA rescue project - feeding the hungry dogs, catching and finding the homes or finding new homes for the strays in the streets and spreading awareness in the area about the growing problem. The "One Ways" is a notoriously bad neighborhood in Los Angeles County CA.
