What we feed our (mostly) VEGAN dogs / Homemade vegan dog food

I have 4 dogs - two Golden Retrievers (11 & 13) and two Groodles (6mths & 1). I feed them a vegan diet (the Goldens will occasionally have meat leftovers). Every time I make their food it's a little different but this the basis.
2 cups brown rice
1 cup quinoa
1 cup barley
1 cup soy - either soy beans, TVP or tofu
Green veggies
Other veggies (please check what veggies NOT to feed your dog)
Chia Seeds & yeast flakes
Powered soy milk
Other options I often include - lentils, pumpkin, ground flax seeds
** Based on my research this will provide a good balanced diet, but to be sure we also add in some vegan dry food as there are 2 amino acids not found in plants.
** I am an Aussie wife, and mum of 2 queer kids and 4 dogs. I'm also a Vegan, Minimalist, Traveller, YouTuber & Fibromyalgia warrior.
