Fruits are packed with loads of Nutrition like healthy antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and fiber. Some fruits are super good for dogs as they help to fight dangerous diseases like Cancer. But on the other hand, Some dog food are downright dangerous for your puppy growth..
But fruits are highly nutritious to eat but should be feed with precautions.
For example you can give Banana which is totally safe to eat but can't give the apple without removing its seeds.

So, we have listed down all the safe healthy and nutritious fruits for your dog with their benefits and the tips on how to feed the fruits to your pooch with the required necessary precautions.

Here are the following healthy fruits for your pooch:

The first fruit is - Banana
Bananas are a great source of potassium which supports heart and kidney functions. Bananas are high in carbohydrates and the high sugar content in bananas means that they should be given to dogs sparingly. Never feed the peel or the whole banana
because the peel is hard to digest and the banana can create a blockage in the stomach. Always, Half banana should be given to medium to large breed dogs and only 2 to 3 pieces of it should be given to the small breeds per day as an occasional treat.


Second is Mangoes.
Mangoes are a vitamin-packed treat for dogs. Giving small pieces of mango with the skin removed will allow for easier digestion and as a result, lessen the chances of your dogs’ upset stomach.
As like all pitted fruits, be sure to remove the hard middle pit which contains poisonous amounts of cyanide.

They also help to keep the dog's teeth clean along with freshening the breath. Make sure to take out the seeds and the core before feeding to your dog, as these have dangerous cyanide seeds.


Fifth is Orange.
Dogs have been known to enjoy this sweet treat a lot.
The nutrients and Vitamin C can help their immune system and flush toxins out of the body. However, the seeds, peel, leaves, and
stem of the orange are poisonous so make sure you only feed dogs the fleshy part of the fruit.
