Why is my dog licking

This is an update on my little guy Cj who continues to recover from his liver becoming too toxic. His obsessive licking problem began around October of 2012 and was barely even noticeable at first, but overtime it got even worse (https://youtu.be/lKB2QTJ3WVY). It took me hours and hours of research to figure out why he was obsessively licking and how to fix the problem. What I have learned since then not only for dogs but for humans has been quite amazing. Symptoms are nothing more than the gut being unhealthy and the body being fed improperly.
