Change to timing of feed dogs

Normaly timing of a sewing machine is related to the timing of the hook to the needle. But the feed dogs got a timing too. This is the subject of this video.
Many domestic sewing machines got a timing of the feed dogs, so it cannot sew thick fabrics. It seesm like the timing is not right. If the timings is advanced about 30 degrees, the machine have no problem in sewing thick fabrics from a timing perspective.
Later update information: You want to delay feed timing to reduce possible seam pucker, because you can reduce thread tension by that. You want to advance feed timing for thicker fabric or to improve feed tracktion.
