📕 FULL RECIPE:
→ Make 500ml of celery juice and mix this with 1/4 teaspoon of probiotics
→ Cut up your favourite vegetables or shred them. We used red cabbage, white cabbage and carrots.
→ Set aside 1 cabbage leaf per mason jar
→ Mix the starter culture with the shredded vegetables
→ Fill the mason jar
→ Press down the fermented vegetables and put more inside. Don't fill it all the way up.
→ Put the cabbage leaf on top to hold the veggies in place
→ Close the mason jar slightly NOT TIGHT
→ Put the jar into a temperature controlled place for 7 days
→ ENJOY
