How much of conflicts between human and strays are actually caused by humans themselves? Both have rights, but do the animal loving activists get into unnecessary tangles that ultimately harm the vulnerable strays?
Our constitution entrusts us with the duty of showing compassion to all living creatures. We are duty bound to do so. However on the other hand, we are also provided with certain regulations on how to feed stray animals. But how many feeders are aware?
Ignorant feeders get into disputes where the strays are put at risk of retaliation.
It is believed that feeding may lead to increase in population of strays. Are we also taking care of sterilization?
A bit of awareness may help us avoid the unnecessary conflicts. Animesh Goswami along with animal rights proponent, Angshuman Hazra urges animal lovers to spread the awareness.
