Dog breeding is serious business for Tim Austin, but the job does come with it's perks.
In this clip from 1982, Mr Austin lets us in on one of the tricks of the trade, puppy tea parties.
The working dog needs to be comfortable around humans, so the tea parties start the socialisation process from when the dogs are pups.
Plus it's super cute.
