Dogs Bred To Not Hold Grudges

Studies show that dogs have been bred to endure and forgive mistreatment. They do not hold grudges if their owners mistreat them. Scientist tested this theory by comparing a wolves reactions to not receiving food from a human, and a dog's reaction to not receiving food from a human. According to Geek.com, “Wolves resented their trainer and their partners after the test, while dogs just held a grudge against the other dogs… wolves don’t consider humans to be part of their hierarchy. Dogs… easily recognize us as pack leaders.”
