On Nov 7, 2016, Dr Sing Kong Yuen from Toa Payoh Vets visited 5 Corgi puppies that had been caesarean sectioned by him 8 weeks ago. The dam was in the 61st day of pregnancy. All 5 pups thrived and one was sold for $8,000. Singapore buyers do pay a premium for good quality Corgi puppies. Any death of puppies or dam during Caesarean section gives the unfair perspective by the breeder that he should not use this vet again.
