Hundreds of dogs taken from Tampa breeder

Tired, nervous, and in need of some TLC, more than 300 dogs were seized from Trish’s All-Breed Grooming in East Tampa Monday morning.
In a news conference, animal control officials painted a grim picture of the facility’s condition.
