How to force feed a sick chicken

After 7 days of listlessness, ruffled feathers, no appetite for food or water, no preening, being untalkative (she is usually VERY chatty) and then having gurgling breathing which got us to the vet a second time, Camilla is still not eating. She is more alert and spry after 2 days of .25ml injectable Tylan50 (once each day and has one more dose left) but she is not interested in food. We need to keep her strength up and keep her hydrated or she will have no chance of a full recovery so we have to force feed her.
Recovery Dough Balls
Harrison's Recovery Formula for birds (2 tblsps)
Harrison's Avian enzyme (a pinch)
A bit of water and a few drops of flax oil
Some greens (powdered is very good for this) like spinach or arugula chopped finely
Mix ingredients to make a dough mixture you can roll into little balls
Liquid to wash it down
Water, flax oil, infant Polivisol drops
If you have liquid probiotics, you should use that too in the dough or in the liquid mixture.
This whole thing is not fun to do and is time consuming but it's better than a sick pet chicken!!
Meds history- at first the vet put her on a liquid Amoxicillin and Clavulanate 94mg/ml and Tylosin (powder in water) for her diarrhea for two days. But we had ro force feed her this liquid... And we gave her Fenbendazole (mainly for gapeworm) to take care of any worms or parasites. 6 days on Amox/Clav, no improvement. Switched to Sulmet but again a water solution that has to be force fed. Then she got worse with bad wheezing inhaling and exhaling. Did I get water in her lungs from so much force feeding?!! Finally, bit the bullet and brought out the Tylan50 injectible. Even past its medical expiration date, we saw a change within 10 hours. She is not out of the woods. She is sleeping a lot and we stiil dont have the tests back from the vet!!!
