GAPS CHICKEN SOUP | GAPS DIET RECIPES STAGE 1 // This simple, delicious chicken soup recipe is gentle and nourishing, and is the perfect meal on the very first stages of the GAPS introduction diet.
NOTE: Since making this video I've learned that celery is not recommended on GAPS intro, even when cooked, because it is too fibrous. It is okay to use on full GAPS, though.

π GAPS Chicken Soup Directions:
Ingredients:
* Chopped onion
* Chopped garlic
* Chopped carrots
* Peeled and diced winter squash
* Shredded or diced cooked chicken
* Meat stock
* Salt
Instructions:
1. Put onion, garlic, and carrots into soup pot.
2. Add enough meat stock to cover vegetables.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
4. Cook until vegetables are very soft, around 30 minutes.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Add cooked chicken and heat through.
7. Serve and enjoy.
