Here are a few meal ideas for those on a carnivore diet. These are animal based protein meals that I cook on a regular basis.
They are all based on my macros of 30-35 grams protein + 30-35 grams fat per meal. I aim to get four meals eaten per day.
I allow myself around 125-150 grams of protein and 125-150 grams of fat per day, this gives me a 2:1 ratio of calories from fat to protein.
