How to fermented feed

How I make fermented feed for my chickens and ducks.
I use two 5 gal buckets for 7 chickens, 4 ducks, and 6 pullets.
25-30 cups of mixed feed/grain 1½-2gallon water.
If this is your first time let it set for 3 days, mixing daily, before feeding. After you have it going for awhile you won't have to wait 3 days. I have had my liquid going for over a month. Now i COULD feed after 24 hours. But since one bucket lasts me 3 days. then the bucket I restock sets for 3 days.
