안녕하세요 여러분~! 드디어 첫 ASMR 영상을 올리게 되었어요! 처음으로 영상을 찍어서 그런지 중간중간에 숨소리도 많이나고 (나쁜 비염!) 실수로 퍽퍽 다른것들 칠때도 많았는데 다 편집해서 올렸어요! 비록 이제 시작이지만 많은 영상들 꾸준히 올릴 예정이니까 댓글로 조언이나 했으면 하는것들 적어주시고, 많이 응원해주세요! 감사합니다!
Hello Everyone~! At last I uploaded my first ASMR Video! Since this is the first time I took the film, I made a lot of breathing sounds (stupid chronic rhinitis!) and loud noises by accident :( But I edited all so hopefully there would be no such thing inside the video. Because this is the starting point, please give me some advice and requests that you would want to hear from my YouTube channel :) (and support too!) Thank you for watching! :)
* ASMR이란?
ASMR은 영어로 풀면 Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, 한국어로하면 '자율감각쾌락반응' 이라는 뜻을 가지고 있는데요. 시각적, 청각적, 촉각적, 후각적, 혹은 인지적 자극에 반응하여 나타나는, 형언하기 어려운 심리적 안정감이나 쾌감 따위의 감각적 경험을 의미합니다. 예를 들어 저 같은 경우에는 학교에서 자율학습때 주변에서 학생들이 공부하는 사각사각 소리를 들으면 공부가 더 잘 된다거나, 밖에서 비오는 소리를 들으면 마음에 안정이 오는것 같은 기분이 들었는데요. 이러한 감각적 자극에 의해 나타나는 편안함을 'ASMR'이라고 합니다.
보통은 불면증을 가지고 있는 분들, 시험공부를 하기위한 수험생들이 주무시기전, 혹은 독서실에서 많이 들으신답니다.
*What is ASMR?
ASMR is a shorten word for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a pleasent tingling feeling that you experience when you hear unique soft voices or sorts of sounds (like tapping) or both. For me I can concentrate more on my study when I hear writing sounds or get confidence when I hear a raining sound. These confidence feeling showing from the sensible stimulate is called 'ASMR'
Usually people with insomnia or students who prepares for exam listens to these ASMR before getting to sleep or to study.
