Old-Time Remedy for Egg-Eating Hens!

Anyone who has chickens eventually runs into a problem hen! Whether it is a broody hen or an egg-eating hen, it is a problem that needs to be addressed quickly. Most advice I found online recommends buying an egg mat or putting your nest box on an angle or buying an egg roller to prevent hens from eating the eggs. Well I would rather try what the old timers used - the older I get, the smarter my elders seem to be! Anyway, here is an old-time remedy that they used for egg-eating hens!
