Crockpot Balsamic Peach Chicken

Today on Feed Your Body Fit with Coach Rebecca; we are whipping up "Balsamic Peach Crockpot Chicken"
5 Ingredients + 5 Hours = a Sweet and Savory Dinner perfect for your family!!
Balsamic Peach Crockpot Chicken
Serves 4
21-Day Fix Container Count: 1 Red, ½ Purple, 3 Tsp
Ingredients
¥ 4 - 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
¥ 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
¥ 1/4 cup honey
¥ 1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
¥ 3 -4 Sliced Peaches (I prefer fresh cut and
pitted if in season otherwise try to find
peaches canned in water or frozen)
¥ 1 tsp. dried rosemary
¥ Sea salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook
3- 4 hours on low. (5 hours if the chicken is
frozen)
2. Drain the liquid off the chicken into a
saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce until it
thickens.
3. Serve the chicken with the reduced sauce
spooned over the top of it.
