Grilled Chicken Shish Kebabs - Healthy Meals - Diet Plans - Fitness Advice - Bodynv.tv

Ingredients:
Grilled Chicken Kebabs:
-3 organic chicken breasts
-balsamic vinaigrette
-cherry tomatoes
Baked Veggies:
-olive oil
-cauliflower
-green beans frozen
-kale
Salad:
-spinach
-field greens
-sunflower greens
-mini sweet peppers
-Chia seeds
-turmeric
-balsamic vinaigrette
-olive oil
Method:
Marinate chicken for 20 minutes in balsamic vinaigrette. Grill for 10-14 minutes.
Place all baked veggies in foil lined glass dishes, toss with olive oil and bake at 375* for 10 -14 minutes.
Toss all salad ingredients and serve.
Healthy and delicious! That's dinner tonight!
