High Performance Eating: Chicken and Rice

This is a meal that I make every week to get a good lean source of protein and whole grains for lunch instead of horrible fast food options. I make and portion this meal ahead of time and just reheat them for lunches. Just add a piece of fruit or some cut up raw veggies and you'll have a nice balanced meal. Thanks for watching!!
