Chicken and Vegetable - Sabzi Gosht Easy Recipe Video by (HUMA IN THE KITCHEN)

Learn how to make easy Sabzi Gosht (Chicken and Vegetable). Easy to follow step by step recipe. Very different and delicious recipe.
Ingredients:
1 medium onion, sliced
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
1 cup carrots
1/2 cup green onions
1 medium, capsicum
4-5 cups cabbage or one small cabbage
salt to taste
1 tsp full red chili powder
1/2 tsp full turmeric powder
1 tsp full coriander powder
1 tsp full whole spice powder (garam masala)
5-6 pieces of chicken
coriander and 3-4 green chilies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp. butter
less than 1/2 cup of oil
Method:
1.Heat oil and butter, add onions. Fry till golden brown in color.
2.Once the onions are brown, add some water to stop further cooking.
3.Add ginger garlic paste with chicken and cook for 2-3 minute on medium high flame.
4.Now add salt, red chili, turmeric and coriander powder. Mix well.
5.Add tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mashed.
6.After then add cabbage, some water, cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
7.After 10 minutes, add in carrots, some water, cover again and cook for 5 minutes..
8.After 5 minutes, add capsicum and green onions, mix and cook this for another 5 minutes, covered. Cook more if vegetables or chicken are not tender.
9.In the end adjust salt, sprinkle garam masala, add coriander and green chilies. Mix, turn off the flame and simmer for 5 minutes.
