Hey all!
I am 5 weeks out from my first ever NPC bikini competition and prep is getting intense. I was at a surplus for the first 7 weeks in my calories and cardio was low. Now it's cutting season. Just about a week into this cut, cardio has doubled and calories dropped a bit. My body is responding well and I wanted to give my first ever physique update.
Secondly, I always have clients asking how to make their food then the non-clients who say they can't diet because they like food too much. I LOVE FOOD and I know what makes it taste good. So I've dropped all of my favorite seasonings and diet hacks as well as my favorite chicken recipe. It's so simple - two-ingredient shredded chicken.
