INGREDIENTS:
2-3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
600 g Chicken Wings
1 Knob Of Ginger
2 Clove of garlic (grated)
1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Lime, Zest And Juice
1 tbsp Runny Honey
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 Chillies, Finely Sliced
2 Spring Onions, Chopped

STEP 1: CUT CHICKEN WINGS
Cut between the knuckles of the chicken wings to seperate them into two pieces

STEP 2: MIX TOGETHER MARINADE
Mix together the soy, chopped chilli, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, lime juice and zest, one chopped spring onion and 1 tsp sesame oil with the chicken wings and allow to marinade for as long as possible, ideally a minimum of 2 hours.

STEP 3: COOK THE MARINADED CHICKEN WINGS
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees C and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden and caramalized.

STEP 4: REMOVE AND GARNISH
Remove and sprinkle with sesame seeds, chilli and spring onion and serve.
