-When you are a beginner, don't overwhelm yourself right off the rip by setting lofty expectations. Make sure you are mentally and physically prepared for your health & fitness lifestyle.
-For any fitness plan to succeed you are going to need to back with a nutritious, well-timed diet that fits in with what you are doing workout-wise.
-Don't get caught up in what other people are doing...rather, focus on YOU and what YOU can control. Know what you are capable of and know what your limits are.
