ASMR Eating: Fettuccine Alfredo + life advice?

(It took me 9 times for Capture to upload this "fully", it still cut off 3 minutes, but it was just eating)
Throwback to the vids I used to talk like this.
A little reminder to myself and whoever else needs this, that life's always got those moments where it feels like it stops and you gotta reevaluate yourself. Hope these 3 "steps" help anyone out.

WHAT'S ASMR?
basically it means Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response; it's described as a type of tingling sensation around the head, scalp, back. It can be caused by some sound/visual stimuli so people watch these types of vids to get that sensation or to help them sleep, hence the whispering, and the angle.
If that didn't help.... I'd google it some more, that's what I did. :)
