These are my top 7 tips on how i perform Intermittent Fasting every day. I strive to do Warrior Diet every day where I fast for 20-22 hours and feed for 2 to 4 hours starting with a small to medium meal to break my fast followed by a large feast of a healthy, but satisfying foods of high-volume carbohydrates (tons of veggies), an equal amount of high quality protein (salmon, cod, halibut or chicken) and fats high in omegas like avocados and eggs.
