1. This simple feed pellet production line can produce poultry feed pellet ,pig feed pellet,rabbit feed pellet,sheep feed pellet,cattle feed pellet,the production capacity for layer chicken powder feed 1.5-2t/h;the production capacity for animal pellet feed 1-1.5 t/h.
2. HKJ-250 Model Low Invest Feed Pellet Line Mainly including:
Self-priming Feed hammer mill and mixer,Screw elevator,Feed pellet mill,Pellet collection system,Electric control cabinet.
(1) The self-priming feed hammer mill suitable for grain feed crush,it can absorb corn to crush with high output.
(2) The vertical feed mixer can mix and get mixed feed for layer chicken.
(3) The screw elevator transport powder feed into pellet mill buffer hopper.
(4) The feed pellet mill can press feed pellet with diameter 1.5-8 mm,for chicken feed pellet,diameter should be 3 mm.
(5) The pellet collect system will bring out hot air and dust from pellet.Final feed pellet will drop from cyclone and airlock on the ground,the air fan supply power for feed transportation and bring out the dust to outside.
(6) The electric control cabinet will safe control all the equipment working.
