Ingredients:
Capsicum 4 (Chopped)
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Cup
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Light Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pot and use medium flame and add Oil and onion and fry it until light brown color and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and add Chicken and stir it until chicken color changed. After that add Tomato and stir it and then add Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder and stir it well and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2: After that add Capsicum and stir it and then cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
Step 3: After that Remove lid and further cook it with stir for 1 minute on high flame. Now your Low-fat Chicken Capsicum is ready to eat.
