No More "Basic Bitch" Chicken and Rice!

You're a girl, you're hot and you're trying to stay lean.... you eat chicken and rice. But it gets borrrrring , right? Follow this video for some advice on how to spice it up in a healthy way AAANND- alter this basic dish to fit different dietary needs. Paleo? NO carbs? Marinade
½ cup coconut amimos
1 Tb fish oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tb chopped ginger
salt the chicken
¼ sliced onion
Marinade over night and grill
Rice
Use day old cooked brown rice
½ cup egg whites
1 cup veggies
½ cup coconut aminos
Fish oil
Sesame oil
Lime
Green Onions
garlic
VEGGIES
Thinly slice cabbage and any other veggies you want, including fresh ginger and garlic
Season heavily with salt and let soak for 30-60 mins
Toss with lime juice, fresh herbs and a splash of Coconut Aminos
