Permaculture: Cut&Drop Plants trimming for Mulching and feeding Chicken at Tantai Farm

Today it was time to trim the Gac Fruits vines. Over due, much much over due.
I try to plan for multiple use of each plants or animals on the farm.
Gac Fruits trees are planted in the Chicken coop for the following benefits.
1. Use of Gac fruits
2. Cut and Drop will create mulch and extra nutrients for the Chickens what ever left become compost for the plants
3. Rotten or bad fruits fall on the ground to feed Chicken
4. Chicken pick off worm and insects on the ground and around the plants.
5. Provide natural shade
Resulting in plants grow much better and Chicken are much happier. I notice that before we have Chicken the fruits have a lot of fruit flies, not there is virtually none.
