Good to be back in the swing of things hitting chest with old friend Billy. We always vibe off each others energy and love catching up over the weekend to push each other through some nasty chest gains. We did our usual Pyramid style again, working from 20 rep range up to 1 Rep max then dropping back to pump out 15 on the last set. This way you get the best of both worlds. Hypertrophy and Strength. Cable flys is lighter but higher reps, looking to just flush blood into the muscle here.
