Minecraft 1.3 Cow, Pig and Chicken Farm with selectable feed to Cooker! Tutorial!

This is an all-in-one beef, pork and roast chicken farm and cooker. With tutorial!
Cows, chickens and pigs are held in self contained pens that have a retracting floor in the corner, allowing us to have button selectors to choose which mob we'd like to drop into the integrated water feed, which washes them gently into the all-mob capable cooker!
After initial set-up the timings on this cooker allow you to cook cows the same way as pigs and chicken, giving us pork, beef and roast chicken without needing separate chambers,timing adjustments or flint and BUD style set-ups.
Having the farms integrated into the water feed system over the cooker just makes life so much simpler, however you wouldn't want this anywhere that you spend long periods of time due to the insanity-making noise :). But of course it means we only have to run up a ladder and we can spam our 3 farms with wheat to breed more burgers, nuggets and bacon :D.
Ideally the upper part of the farm would be built into the mine/mountain/hill and only the lower cooker and selector part would be visible.
I hope you find my combo farm and versatile cooker design useful, inspiring or just interesting, mainly I wanted a way to have a multi-mob all-in-one machine and grill and this was the solution I arrived at.
