"No Excuses" Weight Loss Challenge! Are you ready?

"No Excuses" Weight Loss Challenge...
Exercise and Cardio will consist of the following (5-6 days per week):
~ 15 miles per week, 5-6 days per week (Ex. Jogging, running, walking)
~ Jog at least 10 mins per day (Ex. Jog for 30 seconds and rest, and start again)
~ Workout 2 body parts per day (Ex. Arms & legs, back & abs, etc.)
~ 100 Jumping jacks per day
What food will you consume??
~ The same rules apply; No bread, juices, sweets, red meat, pastas, etc.
~ 1 smoothie per day (Smoothie must have at least one veggie. The sweeteners that can be are stevia, almond milk, pure honey, agave, etc. Google for more info)
~ Consume atleast 2 veggies per day (This includes the veggies used in the smoothie)
~ ONLY chicken, fish, or turkey (Yes, ground turkey can be used, but more chicken/fish above anything. Ground turkey takes longer to digest)
We can do this, without the excuses... The day we stop making up reasons why we can't do anything will be the day we start to live and see results. You can do it!
On Sept. 3, 2012, measure your stomach/waist area, and weigh yourself. We will check-in with our weight every friday... Take a picture of the scale and save!
The only way you fail is if you let yourself do so. You will know when you are ready.
