How To Take Care for Chickens in the Winter

I hope this is the last of the Polor Vortex for this Winter! High yesterday was 27. Forecasted to be 23 today. How do you take care of your chickens in Winter?
Since we don't get a lot of cold weather here (as compared to Northern climates), I don't treat them too much different than in the Summer. Actually, I worry more about my girls when temps get above 100 than I do when they dip down to the 20's.
Luckily, we only get maybe a dozen or so days a year when the temps get down into the 20's. I mainly try to keep mine out of the wind and make sure they have a lot of grain (I generally feed mostly laying pellets, but switch to grain like whole and cracked corn and scratch when it gets cold).
