Herb Marinated Chicken Breast Recipe:
Ingredients
4 Boneless chicken breast
1 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Basil
1 Tablespoon Tarragon
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a jar and shake and mix well
Pour over chicken and marinate in the fridge for 4 to 24 hours (the longer the better)
remove from marinade & grill until done.

We do get asked a lot, just how many types of chicken breeds do y'all raise on your farm, so today we are going to get into to all the poultry breeds we have here on Cog Hill. We have the several chicken breeds that are heritage breeds but we also have some just for fun or mostly our chickens we have are for laying eggs, and that could mean laying a lot of eggs or for unique egg colors.
