The Chicken has much of its origins in Asia.
From around over 6000 Years ago in the regions of southern China.
The Modern Chicken is believed to be from Thailand.
Yet some claim Russia for this.

But through breeding, and Climate for which the bird can only live.
India and Pakistan became a very important game changer in what the Chicken is today.
Through the Silk Road, the Chicken made its way into the Levant, then into Egypt, and later into Europe.
Even the wild Chickens in the Americas can trace their ancestors to Asia when the Bering Straits where opened for Man to cross into the Americas some 30,000 years ago.
Even the South American Araucana Chicken predates Columbus.

Today the Chicken is still used for cock fighting in many countries.
But mainly it is more of a poultry dish in most places.
Cross Breeding with this bird has lead to a truly robust bird we see today.

And in this Soup.
I personally like corn and any veggies with mine.
So I included it in my recipe for you.

Why buy from the store in a can. When you can make gallons of this so much tastier and less expensive.

Enjoy!
