The Union for Agricultural Development & Slaughtering Co has several projects including breeder farms, hatcheries, broiler farms, two feed factories and a slaughterhouse.
Thank God for the blessing of security in our Great Jordan, through which and together with regulations and economic facility regimes, has become a stimulating and attractive resort for investments. Through our projects and staff of about 800 employees and workers, we produce 15% of the market needs for chickens and broiler chicks, millions are eating TAHONEH chickens each month.
We are proud that our TAHONEH chickens are vegetarian feeders eating yellow crashed maize & soybean plus dietary supplements which follow sound specifications and standards matching the international standards. Of course, we hold the ISO and HACCP certifications, in addition to the General Ifta’ Certificate for Halal Slaughter.

The Union for Agricultural Development & Slaughtering Co. uses the latest and best production technologies in the world to produce TAHONEH chickens, where the production stages begins by receiving the breeder chicks from global originating companies, to be bred and cared under strict environmental conditions.
The breeding and production operated in more than 10 breeder farms distributed in several areas across the country, with a capacity of more than 500 thousand broiler breeder chickens to produce more than 3 million eggs monthly.
The hatching eggs are received from broiler breeder farms to be incubated and hatched in the incubation machines, where The Union for Agricultural Development and slaughtering Co. owns two of the largest and most modern hatcheries in the Middle East for the advanced technology used in them.
The production volume reaches 45 million chicks annually, of which are sent to our slaughterhouse when they become ready for slaughtering. Hence, the slaughtering process begins according to the terms of Islamic law. The chickens then will be passing through ‘drying line’ followed by the ‘grading’ process after leaving the drying chamber, after which the process of packing begins by our sophisticated packaging machines.
For the importance of the feed industry, The Union for Agricultural Development slaughtering Co. expanded by opening two modern feed factories with a capacity of production that reach about 6000 tons per month.
It also provided desalinated water plant for poultry, in addition to the central laboratory that considered one of the basic pillars in the integrated group.
