My sister sent me this video. Being the crazy cat lady that I am, I had to share it. In this cute cat video we see that the kitty likes to watch squirrels and birds until she starts nodding off. I just love this! Filmed in Long Beach, California - 2018.

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable feeling that typically begins in the head and scalp, and often moves down the spine and through the limbs which can induce a trance-like state. This response is triggered by external stimuli such as whispering or soft sounds like tapping. It should not be confused with frission (goosebumps, chills), which is triggered by different stimuli.There are two types of ASMR. Type A is triggered internally, meaning that it is triggered by rhythms and patterns of the body. Type B is triggered externally, which means that some sort of external force triggers it.
