We accomplish this by using lot’s of positive reinforcement during the grooming process by creating a calm and friendly atmosphere. We don’t take the mass production approach. We make the time to interact and reassure each pet as they are groomed. Our staff is caring and concerned about each pet’s welfare from start to finish.
