The Cheetah Whisperer Hypnotizes Cat - Enters Hypnotic Trance When Grooming - Eyes Roll Back In Head

I hypnotized a Cheetah. Incredible behavior I discovered my friend Gabriel the male African Cheetah does when he grooms me. I befriended Gabe when volunteering at Cheetah Experience back in 2014. He is the most affectionate and loving cat I've ever met.
Outside of eating, his favorite pastime is grooming. Grooming is absolutely rewarding to him and he will become so relaxed that he shuts out the world and goes into a trance like state, like he's hypnotized. His eyes roll back inside their sockets and he just dazes out. I love the way he folds back his ears when content; something they all do when feeling good. A barking dog and his pushy female mate wakes him up.
I've never seen this behavior in any animal before except for ones that were already asleep and then wake up drowsy. He appears to be day dreaming. It's definitely a elevated relaxed state he enters. Or is it Cheetah mind control?
Some people think that cats groom just for the salt and taste of your skin. I think that is some part of it but not in this case. Gabriel licks the hairy back side of my hand over and over in the same place until hypnotizing himself; purring the entire time. He's not tasting me or sensing a food fetish. It's truly a rewarding emotional feeling he is experiencing. I always said Gabe loves giving affection more than receiving it and here is proof.
He can groom for over 20 minutes straight or until his tongue gets tired and then gets thirsty. He needs to drink water immediately afterward because he loses so much fluid. You see him head for the water bowl to the left at the end of the video.
It hurts bad letting him groom me, but to remain his friend I suffer through the painful, often bloody ritual he loves so much. What are friends for anyway, if not to bleed once in a while for them?
