Successful people have morning routines to prepare for their day. These things are what happy and healthy people consistently do. Take an inventory of your morning routine then compare to the five areas below. A new habit can be developed in 9 weeks. You will be amazed how you can kick ass throughout the day!

Aaron Marino's Morning

Alpha is asked about his morning frequently but his routine is not one-sized-fits-all. Alpha starts his routine at 5:30am, he is out the door at 5:45am after petting the cats, and he's out Starbucks by 6am. His mornings are his most productive and creative times. He writes the videos that he produces a few hours later. At 7:30am, he calls his wife to say 'good morning' and that loves her. By 8am, he heads for the gym to do morning cardio (50 minutes) until 9am. He's home for breakfast until 10am when he leaves for the office.

Five Areas

1. Personal productivity - what is your priority to accomplish for the day. Take care of it right then.

2. Nutrition - you need to eat a breakfast.

3. Happiness - do something in this time period that makes you happy.

4. Energize with physical activity - push ups and jumping jacks will work as well as a walk, yoga, or meditation pause.

5. Emotional connection - friends, family, and pets to soothe the soul and helps the heart
