Feeding cat with a syringe after c-section birth

This is Bella and her kittens 1 day after birth. During labor she pushed so hard that she dislodged her uterus, we had no idea. Thank god we took her into the vet right away because it just looked like another kitten hanging out! The Vet said he had never seen anything like that in 15 years of practice. To our surprise she had one more kitten the vet found during surgery. She had six kittens total.
Bella is worn out to say the least and hasn't ate since she gave birth. This is the Vets instructions to feed her for the next few days...
- Mix equal parts ground cat food and water.
- She said to wrap her in a towel if she fights, but that obviously wasn't necessary.
- Use an eye dropper or syringe and squirt the food in its mouth.
