4-Year-Old Loves Her Nutrient-Dense Grass-Fed Raw Liver

She still loves her raw, local, grass-fed beef liver. She had her first taste of nutrient-rich liver as one of her first foods. The liver was frozen for 14+ days, then a small amount was grated off into her soft cooked pastured egg yolk. A dash of real salt and a splash of virgin coconut oil and fermented cod liver oil completed this dish, one of her favorites and a big reason why she spoke at an early age and has continued to grow strong, healthy, and intelligent.
