Raw food linked to outbreaks of Mycobacterium bovis TB infection in cats in England 2018 2019

Summary of the latest update on the rising number of cats infected with Mycobacterium bovis in the tuberculosis (TB) outbreak across England (May 2019). All infected cats were fed a specific commercial frozen raw venison food diet. Tests are still ongoing as now a further 77 cats have been found to be infected with TB.
