Nature's Variety Instinct Cat Food Review

Dislike 0 Published on 3 Oct 2017

In this video Jericho & Thunder try three flavors of the Nature's Variety Instinct wet food, and the Cage-Free Chicken Freeze-Dried Raw Boost Mixer.

Nature's Variety Instinct raw food, wet food, and their freeze-dried raw foods are all very healthy and grain-free and do not contain by-product and meal. However, their dry kibble contains meal, so I do not recommend their dry kibble.

Although their wet food is a very healthy option, because of Jericho & Thunder's lack of enthusiasm eating it, and because of the expensive price, I probably won't purchase the wet food again. The freeze-dried raw boost mixer was a hit.

The following are the formulas that Jericho & Thunder tried.

Instinct Limited Ingredient Canned Cat Food - Turkey -
https://www.instinctpetfood.com/cats/limited-ingredient-diet/instinct-limited-ingredient-canned-cat-food-turkey - They seemed to like this food, but didn't eat it as enthusiastically as they do their normal wet food.

Instinct Grain-Free Canned Cat Food - Rabbit - https://www.instinctpetfood.com/cats/original/instinct-grain-free-canned-cat-food-rabbit - They didn't care for this formula. The pate was also very dry and needed to have additional water added.

Instinct Grain-Free Canned Cat Food - Chicken - https://www.instinctpetfood.com/cats/original/instinct-grain-free-canned-cat-food-chicken - This was their favorite of the wet foods, but they still didn't eat it as enthusiastically as they do their normal wet food.

Instinct Raw Boost Mixers Cage-Free Chicken Recipe -
https://www.instinctpetfood.com/cats/raw-boost/instinct-raw-boost-mixers-cage-free-chicken-recipe - Jericho & Thunder LOVED this and I will purchase it again.

I feed my cats on an elevated/raised surface because it aids in their digestion and is more comfortable for them. I use Better Homes and Gardens 4.5-Cup Square Containers with the lids removed and the container flipped upside down. https://www.amazon.com/Flip-Tite-4-5-Cup-Square-Container/dp/B01JRQJ2DS/ or https://www.walmart.com/ip/Better-Homes-and-Gardens-Flip-Tite-4-5-Cup-Square-Container/885267818
